Hello and welcome to my first attempt at a webpage!

My name is Tricia Nadeau, and I’m a Ph.D. student in Michigan Technological University’s Department of Geological and Mining Engineering and Sciences.

If it wasn’t obvious already from the webpage, my research interests lie in the field of volcanology.  More specifically, I tend to focus on remote sensing of volcanic sulfur dioxide emissions and integration of the remotely sensed gas data with other geophysical datasets in order to better understand volcanic processes.

When I’m not traipsing around volcanoes with expensive gas sensing equipment or in my office trying to interpret my data, you will usually find me on the ice as a member of Michigan Tech’s women’s hockey team.

So please take a moment to explore my site (and ignore any broken links) - hopefully you’ll find something to be of use to you.
