Morning Update
0700H 14 December, 1995
The level of seismic activity throughout the night was slightly
higher than during the previous 12 hours. Approximately nine (9)
earthquakes large enough to have been located occurred but were not
located because of the failure of the main seismic data acquisition
computer. These events were mainly volcano-tectonic and two of them were
felt slightly at the observatory. Short duration episodes of broadband
tremor continued to occur but at low amplitudes.
