The volcano remained quiet today. There were 9 rockfall signals and 12 volcano-tectonic earthquakes recorded.
COSPEC measurements of sulphur dioxide gas coming from the volcano were made today. A flux of 958 tonnes per day was recorded.
Residents of Montserrat are advised to keep listening to ZJB Radio Montserrat for information in case of any changes in the state of the volcano.
