Activity on the volcano remains low. Over the past 24 hours 6 rockfall signals and 5 volcano-tectonic earthquakes and 1 hybrid earthquake were recorded by the seismic network.
The GPS occupation of sites at Blakes and Old Towne was completed this afternoon. These stations act as a check on the stability of stations closer to the volcano.
Residents should continue checking Radio Montserrat in case there are sudden developments in the state of the volcano.
