The volcano was quiet again today. 9 rockfall signals and 6 volcano-tectonic earthquakes were recorded over the 24 hours.

The COSPEC measurements made yesterday showed a sulphur dioxide flux from the volcano of 1000 tonnes per day.

Dust levels were low at all the monitoring stations today.

Residents should continue listening to Radio Montserrat in case there are sudden developments in the state of the volcano.
