The level of volcanic activity has been low overnight. There have been several volcano-tectonic earthquakes, a number of small rockfalls and one regional earthquake.
Visibility is poor at the moment with thick cloud concealing the dome.
The volcano is still active and everyone should listen to Radio Montserrat in case the present quiet situation at the volcano changes suddenly.
