The level of volcanic activity has been low overnight, except for a brief period of about 20 minutes when there were about a dozen small earthquakes, most of them occurring within one minute of each other and a few as close as only a few seconds apart accompanied by a few small rockfalls. This was at about 3:00 am this morning.
The top of the volcano is covered in cloud this morning.
