The level of volcanic activity has been low overnight. There were three earthquakes and some occasional small rockfalls. Between 3 am and 4 am a small mudflow signal was observed on the seismic network as a result of rain in the areas around the volcano.
Visibility this morning is poor with cloud cover down to the lower slopes of the volcano.
