Volcanic activity has remained at a low level overnight, with only a few small to moderate sized rockfall signals recorded by the seismic network. Most of these rockfalls continue to occur from the growing dome within the scar left by the Boxing Day collapse on the south west side of the volcano. The scar is filling rapidly with dome material.
Low clouds again obscure the volcano this morning.
