Seismic activity overnight has continued at a slightly elevated level, with rockfall activity giving the dominant seismic signals. These events are tending to increase in size and to occur more frequently, suggesting that the dome is becoming less stable. In these conditions, the active growth area could change quickly to other parts of the dome, and pyroclastic flows could occur down any of the ghauts on the volcano. Everyone is advised to listen to Radio Montserrat for any new information.
