Some Web Development ResourcesTemplate for Volcanic Cloud Web Pages--Use this template to create web pages for the Volcanic Clouds Web Site.Nancy's Web Development Metholology--This will give us some structure. I've used it for all of the Web sites that I've created, and it seems to work. The Yale Style Guide for Web Sites--This is an excellent style guide for developing Web sites. Miscellaneous Resources for Web Development-- This is a Web page that I created a few years ago. It offers links to all sorts of Web sites about the Web, creating Web pages, and so on. The Alertbox: Current Issues in Web Usability-- A bi-weekly news column from some folks who specialize in usability generally and Web pages specifically. Please note that the suggestions they make are controversial--not all usability experts agree with their advice. But, it's a place to start. |
