Point Louis is a dramatic headland/tombolo area where Jacobsville cliffs face Keweenaw Bay. Access by boat is best. Kayaks and canoes on calm days allow stops on shelves of Jacobsville. Excellent exposures occur along about a half mile of shoreline here.
