Day 5: Arches National Park and vicinity.


Overview of this Site
The area around Arches National Park is a good place to examine Jurassic rocks above the Entrada Sandstone and the Cretaceous Cedar Mountain Formation. These rocks are best exposed to the west of the entrance to Arches Park.
