Recent Observations:
9/21/05 - Average size and rate of occurrence of earthquakes associated with dome extrusion has increased slightly during the past few days.

9/27/05 - Minor vapor plume rising from growing dome
10/5/05 - Reanalysis of the new lava dome indicates that points on the dome are moving northwestward and upward at about 5.5 meters (18 feet) per day.
10/12/05 - Average size and rate of occurrence of earthquakes associated with dome extrusion has increased slightly during the past few days.
11/02/05 - Snow level is well below the crater. Remarkably regular small earthquakes continue to occur at a rate of about one every 1-2 minutes.
